About these disclosures

We believe in being upfront. This page explains our affiliate relationships and how we handle testimonials and endorsements, consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255).

Affiliate links

Some links on our site and in our resources are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission or referral fee if you click through and start or buy a product, at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price you would otherwise. GoHighLevel is one example: if you start GoHighLevel through our link, we may earn a commission.

We only recommend tools and services we actually use or genuinely believe can help a business owner. A commission never changes our honest opinion, but you should always do your own research before buying, and any purchase you make from a third party is between you and that third party under their terms.

Partnerships

Some relationships we hold are partnerships rather than simple affiliate links. Our relationship with RelayFi is a partnership: we help business owners open and set up their accounts and we support the ongoing management of those accounts, and we may receive compensation for that work. This is a service relationship, not a referral link, and we describe it as a partnership wherever it appears.

In every partnership our duty is to you first. We only partner with providers we would use ourselves, compensation never changes the guidance we give you, and you are always free to choose a different provider. Any account, contract, or service you obtain from a partner is governed by that partner's own terms and is between you and them.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or phone number with partners, affiliates, or any third party for their own marketing. Any information you give us is used only to provide what you asked us for. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Testimonials and endorsements

Client stories, reviews, and results we share are real and shared with permission. They are individual experiences, not typical or average results, and not a promise you will get the same outcome, see our Earnings & Results Disclaimer. Where a person received a discount, free product, or other incentive in exchange for a review, we disclose that.

Sponsored or paid content

If any content on our site is sponsored or paid for by a third party, we will clearly label it as such. If it is not labeled, it is our own independent opinion.

Our own products

When we recommend Resource Pilot's own resources, services, or memberships, we obviously benefit from those sales. We tell you plainly what is ours and price it for the value it delivers.
