REFUNDS

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases from Resource Pilot LLC. It works alongside our Terms of Service, and on the subject of refunds this policy controls if anything conflicts.

Digital resources and downloads

Our resources, PDFs, templates, and other downloads are digital products delivered instantly. Because they cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of downloadable resources are final once the file has been downloaded or its contents accessed.

If a file is defective, corrupted, non-delivered, or you were charged for the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or send you the correct item. We do not offer money-back refunds on digital resources once accessed or downloaded, beyond what applicable consumer law requires; this policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under that law.

Bundles and the Vault

Bundles and all-access purchases are treated the same as digital resources: final once the included files have been accessed or downloaded, subject to the defective-item exception above.

Memberships and subscriptions

A membership or subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through your account or by contacting us, and cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Amounts already billed for the current and past periods are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Done-for-you services

For productized services purchased online, you may request a refund of our service fee before we begin work on your order. Once preparation or filing has started, our service fee is earned and non-refundable.

Government and third-party fees (such as state filing fees, registered-agent fees, and expedite fees) are paid to those parties on your behalf and are non-refundable once submitted, even if a filing is later rejected or you change your mind. If a state rejects a filing due to our error, we will correct and resubmit it at no additional service charge.

For custom engagements, the deposit and amounts for work already performed are non-refundable, as set out in your written agreement, which controls for that engagement.

How to request a refund

Email support@resourcepilot.net with your order number, the email used to purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first, we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased resources while the dispute is reviewed.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always posted here with its effective date. Questions? Email support@resourcepilot.net.
