Last updated: August 31, 2026

Our content and your license

The resources, PDFs, templates, playbooks, frameworks, maps, graphics, copy, and other materials we create and sell (the 'Materials') are the intellectual property of Resource Pilot LLC or are used under license. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

When you buy or download a Material, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it inside your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or give away the Materials or your login, and you may not use them to build a competing library, course, or resource collection. This license ends if you violate these terms.

Trademarks

The Resource Pilot name, logo, and brand are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, except to factually refer to us.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you give us. You grant us the limited license needed to use it to provide our services and, unless your written agreement says otherwise, to display completed work in our portfolio. You confirm you own or have the rights to any content you provide.

Respecting others' intellectual property

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. We do not permit content on our site that infringes anyone's copyright, and we will respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email support@resourcepilot.net with 'DMCA Notice' in the subject line and include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL or location of the material you say infringes; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We will review valid notices, remove or disable the material where appropriate, and notify the person who posted it. A counter-notice may be submitted the same way. We terminate the access of repeat infringers.

Report misuse of our Materials

If you find our resources being resold or shared without a license, please tell us at support@resourcepilot.net, it helps us protect the value of what everyone else paid for.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always posted here with its effective date. Questions? Email support@resourcepilot.net.
