Know which GoHighLevel plan actually fits your business, before you talk to a single sales page.

Most people pick a plan by price alone, then either outgrow it in a month or pay for features they never touch. Answer these four questions first.

1. Count how many businesses you are running this for

One business, the Starter tier is almost always enough. More than one, or you plan to resell to clients, you need an agency tier, not Starter.

Done, you know if you need one account or an agency account.

2. Decide if you need white label

If clients will ever see the software under your brand name, you need white label, which sits on the higher agency tier. If it is only for your own business, skip this and save the cost.

Done, white label need decided.

3. Count your expected text and email volume

Estimate messages sent per month, texts and emails combined. Higher volume plans cost more but include more usage before extra charges kick in. Low volume businesses often overpay by picking a high tier out of caution. Here is how the wallet and usage billing actually works.

Done, rough monthly volume estimated.

4. Decide if you need built in payments and courses

If you plan to sell products, courses, or memberships through the platform, confirm the tier includes that. If not, skip it, a lower tier will cover CRM and automation needs alone.

Done, extra feature needs identified.

What good looks like

You can name the exact tier that fits, and explain in one sentence why the tier above or below it does not fit as well.

Your checklist

  • Number of businesses counted
  • White label need decided
  • Volume estimated
  • Extra features identified

Compare tiers directly against the full pricing breakdown once you have these four answers. The comparison takes two minutes instead of twenty.
